27040 Malibu Hills Road, Calabasas, CA
91301
between the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday-Friday,
7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, or
you may contact the Administration Office at (818) 880-2993 to have an
application mailed to you.
Applications may be returned anytime
to the front desk during our normal operating hours.
Directions
Exit off the 101 Freeway
on Lost Hills Road. Turn right if coming from Agoura Hills (left if from
Los Angeles). Make a right on Malibu Hills Road (should be the intersection
immediately after the first stop light). Please call us for further assistance.
