Open Climbing Hours*

*These times are subject to change due to rock wall reservations and classes. Every effort will be made to announce closings at least 1 week in advance.

*Climbers must be at least 15 years of age or accompanied by an adult to use the climbing wall. Climbers must also be able to pass a climbing skills certification test or be accompanied by a Community Center certified climber.

Try A Climb

The following times are available for climbing wall certification:

Try an introductory climb (30 minutes) for only $10 during these hours.

The skills test is $10. This is non-refundable fee whether you pass or fail.  If you pass the test, you can apply the fee to continue climbing on your testing visit.

The climbing skills test consists of demonstrating proper harness wear, tying correctly using either a figure-eight rewoven or a double bowline and demonstration of proper belay techniques. Non-certified guests may accompany a certified climber, though they must still sign in with the front desk, sign a waiver and pay the open climb fee of $10.
